An event aimed at bringing the principles of Character Education, Positive Psychology and wellbeing to the forefront of education.
Townley Grammar School is currently at the forefront of developing Character Education nationally and has established partnerships with IPEN (International Positive Education Network), Canterbury Christchurch University, ACE (Association of Character Education) and Dulwich College. Within this context, the school has created a series of CPD workshops tailored for everyone from Senior Leader level through to trainee teachers that are aimed at assisting schools with their own Character Education journey. Whether you are looking to develop or embed Character Education in your school, the team at Townley are able to provide the expertise and networking links to achieve this.
The Townley Inspire Conference is being held on Friday, 9th November 2018 and has been designed in collaboration between Townley Grammar School, Canterbury Christ Church University and the Association for Character Education.
Highly distinguished Keynote speakers will share their expertise and experiences in order to inspire, motivate and enlighten representatives from schools so they can begin laying their own frameworks, or indeed build on existing frameworks, for character education, positive psychology and wellbeing.
This event is suitable for everyone from senior leader level through to trainee teachers. Townley GSL Inspire is designed to inspire the leaders of tomorrow through inspiring talks.
