Dear Parents, Carers and Students,

Please take a moment to read the notices below:

Late running 602 bus:
Unfortunately the 602 school bus continues to arrive late each morning, this is most likely due to existing road works in the area and additional congestion. Learning managers and tutors have been made aware of this issue. Please can parents and carers be assured that although the late arrival to school will be registered- behaviour consequences will not be applied in this instance.

Reminder - Flu Vaccinations
Please read the attached letter and information leaflet and ensure that the consent form is completed as soon as possible and by Monday 23rd September at the latest – the vaccinations will take place in school on Friday 27th September. Thank you.

New 111 Mental Health support for families
Please be aware that the 111 NHS helpline number will provide support for those experiencing mental health crisis. This support is effective as from this week and will be provided by trained mental health professionals on the 111 call. For more information, please see see NHS 111 Website.

Boost your child’s mental health with adventure
Adventure is all about facing challenge and risk. It provides children with exposure to new experiences, making them feel energised and can provide an opportunity to learn about coping effectively. Further information is available here.

Emotional Based School Avoidance (EBSA)
A parent/ carer support group is due to take place on Monday 30th September, 10am -11.30am, at Bexleyheath Central Library in the Dickens room. Further information is available on the attached flyer.
