Townley Grammar School is an academically selective and socially responsible girls’ state grammar school with a coeducational Sixth Form. We are seeking to appoint an outstanding Data & Admissions assistant. This position offers an exciting opportunity for an exceptional administrator to join an extraordinary successful school and dynamic department with great ambition. The appointed candidate will assist with all areas relating to data and admissions matters, including helping fill all places in Year 7 and Year 12 while ensuring that the highest of standards of compliance are maintained at all time. They will assist with administration and co-ordination of pupil data collections and analysis for the school census and to assist with the management of all pupil data systems ensuring data is accurate and up to date across the school.
We are looking for a forward thinking, inspirational practitioner to work collaboratively with the team and other colleagues, whilst delivering and achieving outstanding administration work.
The post holder will be required to complete an enhanced Disclosure Barring Service (DBS) Check with appropriate barred list checks, or the equivalent, and must be eligible to work in the UK. All staff are expected to be committed to the Equal Opportunities Policy.

We are looking for dedicated and trustworthy Exam Invigilators that will support Townley Grammar School through the internal and external exam periods.
The role primarily involves supervising examinations to ensure that the rules of the school and guidelines from the examination boards are followed, while being able to undertake clerical and administrative duties.
The post holders will be able to work as part of a team and individually to support students through their exams.
Please note there is training booked for the 5th of February, please state whether you are available in the 'Information to Support your Application' section of the application form, alongside your other supporting information.
