Pastoral care is a priority at Townley and we a wholly committed to ensuring that all students are able to flourish both within and beyond school. The positive relationships forged between students, staff and parents/ carers have proved fundamental to the success of our pastoral care. The robust system and support structures in place ensure that the Townley journey nurtures all students' talents and interests and provides support as students navigate through the highs and lows of life. Our Character and wellbeing programme ensures all students are equipped with the tools needed to thrive, ensuring they become the best versions of themselves, are able to make wise, safe and healthy choices in life and have the resilience and courage to thrive in the face of adversity. The range of opportunities offered to students at Townley enables them to make positive contributions to the school and wider communities and helps develop their confidence and sense of independence.
