Townley Grammar School prides itself on its innovative approach to Teaching and Learning and the varying opportunities that allow staff to continually develop. The personalised CPLD (Continuing Professional Learning and Development) pathways provide a personalised route for staff to navigate in developing their pedagogical practice with students at the heart of the process.
